We want you to have an amazing experience during your celebrity photo op! To ensure everything runs smoothly, please review the following rules and guidelines.

Photo Op Tickets

• Admission: To participate in Photo Op sessions with our Special Guests at Silver Age Comic Con, you must have a valid admission ticket for the same day as your session or a Forever Pass. Please note that admission is not included with Photo Op or Autograph tickets and must be purchased separately online in advance or at the door.

• Table photos/selfies and Professional Photo Ops: Select Special Guests will offer Professional Photo Ops only, which must be scheduled and purchased in advance. Some of these guests may also offer the option for a selfie during their autograph sessions; however, this is entirely at the guest’s discretion, subject to time constraints, and cannot be guaranteed. For guests without scheduled professional photo ops, table photos and selfies will be available directly at their tables. These can be arranged and paid for directly with the guest or their assistants on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last

• Pre-purchase: Professional Photo Op tickets must be be pre-purchased online due to limited availability. These tickets are expected to sell out quickly, so be sure to secure your spot early. 

• Redemption: Photo Op tickets must be redeemed at the designated Photo Op area during your session’s scheduled time. Please check the event schedule for details and arrive ahead of your scheduled session to ensure your spot.

• Pricing: Photo Op prices are at the guests' discretion and subject to change. 

• No Refunds: All Photo Op ticket purchases are final. Failure to redeem your Photo Op ticket does not qualify for a refund.

Photo Delivery

• Printed Photos: A printed copy of your photo will be available for pickup shortly after your session.

• Digital Downloads: Digital versions of the photo may also be available. Please inquire with the photo team for more information on how to access digital downloads. Additional fee may apply.

Group Photos

• Group Size Limit: You may include up to three (3) additional people in a single photo op with one celebrity, for a total of four participants (excluding the celebrity). If your group exceeds four people, you must purchase additional photo op tickets.*Children aged 2 and under do not count toward the total group size.

Posing and Physical Contact

• Posing Requests: Celebrities reserve the right to decline any posing requests. 

• Physical Contact: Always ask before initiating physical contact with a celebrity. Some celebrities are comfortable with hugs or handshakes, while others prefer no physical contact.

 

Behavior & Etiquette

• Respect & Courtesy: Please treat the celebrity, other fans, and convention staff with respect. Any form of harassment, inappropriate behavior, or misconduct will result in immediate removal from the convention.

• Quick Sessions: Photo ops are quick, typically lasting around 15-30 seconds, to accommodate all fans. Please be prepared when entering the photo area and refrain from long conversations.

• No Recording: Video or audio recording during the photo op session is prohibited.

• Gifts: If you wish to present a gift, please do so at the guest’s designated booth during the signing session. No gifts are allowed at the autograph area. Guests are not required to accept gifts, and it’s at their discretion whether to accept or decline. Please respect their personal boundaries and wishes.

Special Accommodations

• Disability Access: Attendees with disabilities will be given priority access to the photo op line. Please notify staff if you require special assistance.

• Families/Groups: Families or groups can approach the photo op booth together, but each photo op session is limited to four individuals with a single celebrity photo op and three individuals with a duo celebrity photo op. Additional tickets are required for larger groups.

Celebrity Availability

• Schedule Changes: Celebrities’ appearance schedules are subject to change or cancellation. In case of a cancellation, photo op ticket holders will receive a refund or may exchange the ticket for another available guest (if applicable).

• No Guarantees: While we strive to ensure that all ticket holders have the opportunity for a photo op, we cannot guarantee this due to potential time constraints or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

Security & Enforcement

• Staff Enforcement: Convention staff, venue staff, and security personnel reserve the right to refuse photo ops, remove attendees from the line, or take other necessary actions to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
