Campbell Con 2018
For its fourth year, Campbell Con landed at West Valley College in beautiful Saratoga, CA, and brought a stellar celebrity line-up.

The convention held on October 20th, 2018, was headlined by the Incredible Hulk himself, the one and only Lou Ferrigno. Legendary actor and champion bodybuilder and a true pop culture icon, Lou Ferrigno met fans for autograph sessions, photo ops and also did a panel 'From Hulk to Hercules' where he shared his both acting and bodybuilding experience with the audience.

In 2018, Harry Potter fans came in strong at Campbell Con, and there was a good reason for it: London-based Jon Campling who played a Death Eater in Harry Potter and Deathly Hallows Pt.1 and 2 (and also King Regis in Final Fantasy!), made his first California appearance at Campbell Con. As a Campbell Con exclusive, fans could participate in a magic wand workshop where they learned how to cast spells like a pro.

Pirates of the Caribbean fans were treated to meet and greet with Martin Klebba who played Marty in the franchise. For the Stargate aficionados, Campbell Con gave a opportunity to meet Alexis Cruz who flew all the way from New York to meet his fans.

Olivia Hack, the voice of Katooni in Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Qi'ra in Star Wars Forces of Destiny, Rhonda Wellington Lloyd in Nickelodeon's Hey Arnold!, Ty Lee in Avatar, and many other iconic characters, was there at Campbell Con for signing and a panel covering some of her many acting credits.

Carla Perez, best-known as Rita Repulsa in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, had a long line of fans all day. Carla was also a part of the VR Troopers Reunion that brought together JB Reese portrayed by Michael Hollander, a Ziktor Beauty (Carla Perez), and villain creatures like Fighterbot, Kongbot, Metaborg and Crabor voiced by Tom Wyner.
Comic book fans could meet renowned artists Walden Wong (Black Panther, Deadpool, Guardians of The Galaxy, The Incredible Hulk, The Amazing Spiderman, Captain Marvel, Cable, Aquaman, Batgirl, Uncanny X-Men, Bat Man, Green Lantern, Wonder Women, Captain America, Star Wars, Wolverine), Danny Bulanadi (Captain America, Daredevil, West Coast Avengers, The Fantastic Four, The Blue Beetle, and the Further Adventures of Indiana Jones), Lory De Vera (Keystone: The Comic Bible), Chris Marrinan (Excalibur, Wonder Woman, Nova, Doctor Strange), John Heebink (Doll and Creature, Elvira, Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, Nick Fury Agent of SHIELD and Quasar), Peter Secosh (The Bod, Doll and Creature, Elvira, Nocturnals: Troll Bridge, Vampirella, Soul Searchers, The Software that Held The Developer Captive, Out with a Bang), and Tobe Daranouvong (The Villain Comic).

Special Cosplay Guest at Campbell Con 2018 was West Wylde Cosplayer. Of course, Colossus Girl also made an appearance brought to life by Jasmine aka Atom Bomb Body.

Fans who came to Campbell Con got their autographs and photos with their favorite celebrities, met local artists, shopped from comic and toy vendors, played video games, participated in swordfighting demos by Davenriche European Martial Artes School and learned how to combine fitness and jedi practices with Lightsaber Team. The panel room was full all day with Hardly Heroes, the Official Podcast of Campbell Cpn, hosting all celebrity panels. The day ended with the fan-favorite cosplay contest where the winners in kid and adult categories took home cash prizes.

Once again, history was made at Campbell Con, and fun was had.
