Signing Session Guidelines

We are excited to offer the opportunity for our fandom friends to meet their favorite celebrities and receive autographs. Please review the autograph guidelines below to get ready for a smooth meet and greet experience.

Autographs

• Admission: To participate in Autograph sessions with our guests at Silver Age Comic Con, you must have a valid admission ticket for the same day as your session or a Forever Pass. You will need to purchase your admission separately either online in advance or at the door during the event. Autograph tickets are only included with certain Exclusive Packages, as specified in the package details.

• Autograph and selfie/table photos will be available for purchase at the convention on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last.

• Pre-purchased autograph included with the Exclusive Packages can be redeemed at the celebrity’s designated autograph booth during their signing times. 

• Pricing: Autograph prices are at the guests' discretion and subject to change without prior notice.

Signing Sessions

• Schedule: Guests will be signing at their booths throughout the day, taking reasonable breaks at their discretion. For real-time updates and any changes, visit their booth during the event.

• Cut-off Time: Autograph sessions will conclude at the end of each day’s scheduled show hours. Please note that autographs are not guaranteed, especially during high-demand times. Arrive early to ensure your place in line.

• No send-ins are accepted. 

• Line Management: Please follow all staff directions and signage when lining up. Holding spots or cutting in line is not permitted. Thank you for helping us keep things smooth and fair for everyone!

Items for Autograph

• Approved Items: Celebrities will only sign approved items, including official photos, posters, merchandise, or personal memorabilia. Guests reserve the right to refuse to sign any item. Signing of specialty items (e.g., Funko Pops) are at the celebrity's discretion and may incur an additional fee. 

• No Body Signing: Celebrities will not sign body parts or inappropriate items.

• One Item Per Ticket: Each autograph purchase entitles you to one signature on one item. Additional items will require separate autograph purhcases.

• Personalization & Inscriptions: Personalization (i.e., writing your name) or special inscriptions (e.g., quotes, messages) are at the celebrity's discretion and may incur an additional fee.

Photographs

• Personal photos or selfies with the celebrity may be allowed at their discretion, depending on time and availability, at their tables.

Behavior & Etiquette

• Respect & Courtesy: Please be respectful to the celebrity, other fans, and convention staff. Any form of harassment, inappropriate behavior, or misconduct will result in immediate removal from the convention.

• Keep it Brief: To accommodate as many fans as possible, interactions with celebrities during autograph sessions should be kept brief. Refrain from extended conversations or requests that may delay the line.

• No Recording: Video or audio recording of autograph sessions is strictly prohibited.

• Gifts: If you wish to present a gift, please do so at the guest’s designated booth during the signing session, keeping interactions brief to accommodate other fans in line. Guests are not required to accept gifts, and it’s at their discretion whether to accept or decline. Please respect their personal boundaries and wishes. All gifts must be appropriate and in good taste. The convention reserves the right to refuse any gifts deemed inappropriate or offensive. Due to space limitations, large or bulky gifts should be avoided. Please keep gifts manageable and easy to transport. Gifts of food or drink are not permitted.

Special Accommodations

• Disability Access: Attendees with disabilities will have priority access in the autograph line. Please notify staff if you require assistance.

• Families/Groups: Families or groups of up to four people may approach the autograph booth together. However, please note that the number of autographs received must match the number of autograph tickets purchased, not the number of individuals in your group.

• Children: Children under 12 may accompany an adult with an autograph ticket and admission ticket and do not require an admission ticket.

Celebrity Availability

• Schedule Changes: Celebrities' appearance schedules are subject to change or cancellation. In the event of a cancellation, autograph ticket holders may receive a refund or exchange for another celebrity (if applicable).

• No Guarantees: The convention cannot guarantee that all ticket holders will receive an autograph due to the celebrity’s time constraints or other unforeseen circumstances.

Security & Enforcement

• Staff Enforcement: Convention staff, venue staff, and third-party security staff reserve the right to deny autograph requests, remove attendees from the line, or take other necessary actions to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
